Terms & Conditions
01.
The content hosted as a course is the sole responsibility of the tutor, the company doesn't claim any copyrights and will not be liable in case of any copyright/trademark/intellectual property rights infringements.
02.
The validity of the course, name, price and the course related content is decided completely by the tutor and Classplus doesn't impose any restrictions and doesn't influence or modify any of the above.
03.
The subscription to a course for any student is only possible via online payment through the payment gateway integrated within the app. There is no provision to provide subscription to a student via any other online or offline method.
04.
The payment received for a course subscription doesn't get credited to the company's bank account, it is settled automatically via the payment gateway to the tutor within 3-5 working days.
05.
In some cases, the payment gets deducted from the subscriber's bank account and they don't get a subscription. It means, that due to a network error in the gateway or internet banking infrastructure the payment didn't get captured on Classplus servers. For such cases, Classplus takes 24-48 hours to manually capture the transaction. However, if the student pays for the course again, in such cases, the payment gets automatically refunded to the student's account in 7-10 working days.
06.
Since all the content added on courses is added by the tutor, the tutor must not add any malicious or content not suitable for children such as adult content, pornography, vulgar, objectionable content etc.
07.
The tutor may choose to make a course global, with particular settings for a reseller. This means any other organization using the Classplus platform can publish courses on their app adhering to those settings.
08.
In case of global courses, the pricing or commission share is decided by the original creator of the course. The original creator of the course also has the freedom to modify the same anytime he/she desires. However, the change will only reflect for the resellers who add the course to their app post the change.
09.
If the original creator wishes to change the course pricing for existing resellers, then they should revoke access for that particular reseller. The particular reseller will be able to then subsequently add the course to their library with the respective changes.
10.
Revoking access for resellers: If the creator wishes to revoke access for a particular organization, they can do through their web dashboard. In this case, the course will be visible for the reseller for a time-period of 14 days post which it will be removed from reseller org.
11.
Content view for reseller and reseller organization student: The reseller can view the entire course content from a pro account only on mobile for security reasons. Students can view the content as per locked unlocked setting decided by the original creator.
12.
Content modification on shared course: This can be done only by the original creator of the course; the reseller doesn't have the rights to modify the same. However, if a new content is added or removed the reseller gets an update notification to accept or reject the update. The same will reflect on the app for students.
13.
Announcement by course creator: The original creator of the app can also send announcement to all the reseller apps for announcing important updates to the course. The reseller can choose accept the announcement or not accept it.
14.
Removing access for a particular student: The tutor who publishes the course can revoke access to a course for a particular student. Any dispute arising due to such circumstances, is the sole responsibility of the tutor and Classplus would have no liability on such circumstances.
15.
